Patient Pre Registration and Registration services are provided by a team of service representatives and coordinated by a group of team leaders to ensure comprehensive and accurate demographic, insurance and selected clinical data collection. All applicable consents and forms are explained to the patient/designee, signed and properly witnessed to comply with all regulatory and agency requirements. Registration services are provided for all account types including emergency room patients at the downtown location.
