Patient and Visitor Information services are provided at both the Clarkson Tower and Durham Outpatient Center main entrances. Representatives are there to assist all patients, families, and visitors in way finding as well as provide phone services to incoming calls on the direct line.

Mail will be delivered Monday through Saturday by volunteers. Mail received after a patient has been discharged will be forwarded to the patient's home.

Valet Parking
Valet parking services are available to patients, families and visitors from 5:30 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday. Valet personnel are stationed at the main entrances to Clarkson Tower and the Durham Outpatient Center. In addition complimentary valet parking service is available at the main entrance of the Leid Transplant Center Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
